What is coaching?
Here's how I define coaching:
I develop people rather than just giving information or “how-to's”
I am very supportive – helping clients to stretch and grow- helping them formulate their own specific plan to get form point “A” to “B” to “C” , etc.
I effectively empower clients to reach deep inside themselves to find their own answers- thus trusting themselves more and more in the process of self-discovery.
I help people identify their natural abilities and improve upon them. I help people find their “WHY” - (What we do, How we do it, Why we do it) these three must be in balance.
Everything is energy. I can teach you how to harness your energy and be more aware of where your energy is being wasted throughout your day and how to get it back.
Empowerment.
